About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the code) with Article 182.9 of the following content:

"Article 182.9. Hindrance of activities of Audit Chamber or auditor

1. Failure to provide to Audit Chamber or the auditor of access to electronic databases within check, failure to provide required materials, documents, information, explanations, and also the actions plan in case of post control and conducting check. the requested information on process of its carrying out in the terms and procedure established by the Law "About Auditor Chamber", either incomplete provision, or not provision to auditors of the working room provided with sufficient conditions for work or hindrance to conducting verification of the procedure;

attracts imposing of penalty in two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.

2. Repeated making of the act provided by part of 1 this Article within one year from the date of imposing of administrative punishment:

attracts imposing of penalty in five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage".

Article 2. To add article 223 of the Code with Item 5.2 of the following content:

"5. 2) in cases, stipulated in Article 182.9 of this Code, - according to the petition of the chairman of Audit Chamber;".

Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
