About entering of amendments into the Law "About Ensuring Activities, Servicing and Social Guarantees of Officials"

Article 1. Item 4 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of February 4, 2014, "About ensuring activities, servicing and social guarantees of officials" (further - the Law) after words of Audit Chamber to add No. ZR-1 with words of "president".
Article 2. To add article 9 of the law with part 22 following of content:
"22. The guarantee, stipulated in Item 4 parts 1 of article 2 of this Law, extends to the Chairman and members of Audit Chamber, and also to the retired Chairman of Control chamber of National Assembly and Control chamber of the Republic of Armenia, using the coefficients provided by appendix 1 to the law "About Compensation of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service" as of December 31, 2023.
Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
