About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About protection and use of flora"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About protection and use of flora" of May 17, 2004 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 5, Art. 342; 2007, No. 7, Art. 691; 2008, No. 1 of h 2, Art. 18) following changes and amendments:

1. To state the name of the Law capital letters.

2. To add the paragraph of the sixth Article 1 after words of "flora" with the words "from the environment".

3. In Article 3:

- Article preamble after words of "flora" to add with the words "and also";

- in paragraph six of the word of "national economy" to replace with the word "economies";

- word in paragraph eight to "national economy" shall be replaced with words "economic activity".

4. In the first paragraph of Article 7 "republican" to replace the word with the word of "state".

5. In Article 10:

- the twelfth parts one before the word "preservation" to add the paragraph with the word "temporary";

- in part four "republican" to replace the word with the word of "state".

6. In Article 11:

- in word part nine "the regulators of their growth, mineral fertilizers and other medicines used in the national economy" shall be replaced with words "stimulators of their growth, mineral fertilizers, other chemical and biological medicines used in economic activity" and to exclude the words "and other medicines";

- the tenth after words "new" to add part with words "chemical and biological".
