About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About authorization system"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About authorization system" of June 22, 2023 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2023, Art. No. 4-6, 152, No. 12, the Art. 577) the following changes:

1. In Article 13:

- regarding 1 word "is levied" shall be replaced with words "it is paid via bank transfer";

- in part 3 the word is "levied" to be replaced with the word paid".

2. Regarding the 4th article 25 and part 4 of article 26 the word is "levied" to be replaced with the word paid".

3. In part 5 of Article 31 of the word "also transfers to allowing bodies the supporting document" shall be replaced with words "by non-cash method and transfers to allowing bodies information on it".

4. In Article 33:

- in part 6 of the word "the document confirming collection payment" shall be replaced with words "information on cashless payment of duty";

- in part 7 the word is "levied" to be replaced with the word paid".

5. In Article 34:

- regarding 2 words "the document confirming introduction by the applicant of collection" shall be replaced with words "information on cashless payment of collection by the applicant";

- in part 4 the word is "levied" to be replaced with the word paid".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
