Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About Frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan" of August 1, 1997 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1997, Art. No. 15-16, 254, No. 23-24, Art. 333; 2001, No. 4, Art. 197, Art. 203; 2002, No. 4, h 1, Art. 200; 2005, No. 7, Art. 403; 2006, No. 11, Art. 470; 2008, No. 10, Art. 801; 2009, Art. No. 3 94) the following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 11 with part five of the following content:

"Citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship have the right to passing of border control by means of "Electronic gate". The procedure for passing of border control by means of "Electronic gate" affirms the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

2. In Item 8) article 33 parts two sign of semicolon ";" to replace with sign of point and to add with the second offer of the following content:

"In case of crossing of Frontier by citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan, foreign citizens and stateless persons by means of "Electronic gate", in their documents granting the right to crossing of Frontier do not give the corresponding marks;".
