1. To state Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 17, 2019 to No. 3193/5 "Question of the submission of obligatory data (information) by arbitration managers" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 21, 2019 at No. 1124/34095, in the following edition:

"1. Determine that from the date of introduction in trial operation of the software of the automated Bankruptcy and Insolvency system submission of obligatory data (information) on the debtor and condition of proceeedings about bankruptcy (insolvency), and also the obligatory data (information) necessary for maintaining the Unified register of arbitration managers of Ukraine, is performed by arbitration managers according to the procedure, terms and in the forms established by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 18, 2020 No. 593/5 "About procedure for submission of obligatory data (information) by arbitration managers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2020 at No. 187/34470, taking into account technical capabilities of the software of the automated Bankruptcy and Insolvency system and such features:

1) concerning debtors concerning whom on the date of introduction in trial operation of the software of the automated Bankruptcy and Insolvency system arbitration managers carry out powers of managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, the liquidators managing restructuring, managing directors of realization obligatory data (information) move arbitration managers till July 15, 2024;
