1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 30, 2017 No. 611 "About approval of the Regulations on conditions and procedure for carrying out tenders by determination of the authorized exchanges selling the property which is in tax pledge", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 26, 2017 at No. 908/30776.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Vorobey S. I. and Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
