Some questions of realization joint with credit institute for recovery ("KfW") of the "Increase in Efficiency of Transmission of Electricity (Integration of the Ukrainian OES into the European Integrated Power System) in IV" project

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Recognize reasonable attraction by private joint-stock company "The national energy company "Ukrenergo" of the credit from Credit institute for recovery, Frankfurt am Main ("KfW"), for project implementation "Increase in efficiency of transmission of electricity (integration of the Ukrainian OES into the European integrated power system) in IV" in the amount of 30400000 euros under the state guarantee (further - the credit) on the conditions determined by the credit agreement between KfW, Frankfurt am Main ("KfW") and private joint-stock company "The national energy company "Ukrenergo" ("Borrower") for 30400000 euros on the "Increase in Efficiency of Transmission of Electricity (Integration of the Ukrainian OES into the European Integrated Power System) in IV" project.

2. Determine that:

1) the payment for provision of the state guarantee for ensuring accomplishment of debt obligations on the credit constitutes 0,5 of annual interest rate of the chosen and outstanding credit amount;

2) private joint-stock company "The national energy company "Ukrenergo" in the procedure determined by the legislation provides ensuring accomplishment of the obligations on the state guarantee determined in Item 1 of this resolution in the amount of at least 100 percent of the amount of debt obligations on the credit due to receipt of funds as a part of rates for services in transfer of electrical energy and service in management dispatching (operational technologically) regarding the constituting structures of rates for repayment of the loan, payment of the commission for obligations, percent and other payment obligations on the credit.
