According to Item 64 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of December 01, 2022 to No. 2801-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring agreement signature between Ukraine and the European Union about mutual recognition of qualified electronic confidential services and implementation of the European Union law in the field of electronic identification", subitem 19-1.1.10 of Item 19-1.1 of Article 19-1 of the Section I of the Tax code of Ukraine, the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for accounting of the taxes, charges and other payments, single fee on obligatory national social insurance brought into the single account, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the order of March 23, 2021 No. 166, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 20, 2021 at No. 667/36289, the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

in Item 2 of the word "About Electronic Confidential Services" shall be replaced with words "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services";

in the paragraph the second Item 5:

words and figures "About electronic confidential services", "on September 19, 2018 No. 749" shall be replaced with words also in figures "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services", "on August 01, 2023 No. 798" respectively;
