According to Article 95 of Chapter 9 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine, Item 12 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of February 23, 2024 to No. 3603-І X "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of online communication with taxpayers and amendments of separate provisions of the legislation", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for holding target auctions for sale of property of the taxpayer who is in tax pledge, approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 22, 2017 No. 518, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 15, 2017 at No. 748/30616, the following changes:

in Item 1 of the Section I of the word of "the Law of Ukraine "On commodity exchange" "shall be replaced with words" the Law of Ukraine "About commodity exchanges"";

in Item 1 of the Section II of the word "the authorized commodity exchanges determined by the central executive body realizing the state tax policy on the competitive beginnings" shall be replaced with words also in figures "the commodity exchanges conforming to requirements of subitem 95.7.1 of Item 95.7 of Article 95 of Chapter 9 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine (further - commodity exchanges)";
