"1. These rules of forming, access, use, storage, protection and destruction of data from information exchange system of law enforcement, special state and other agencies (further – Rules) determine:
1) procedure for forming of data from information exchange system of law enforcement, special state and other agencies (further – SIO PSO) the staff of law enforcement, special state and other agencies (further – users) for receipt of information within criminal, civil, administrative, search cases, enforcement proceeding, production on cases on administrative offenses;
2) procedure for the organization of access for users to SIO PSO;
3) procedure for use, storage, protection and destruction of the data received by means of SIO PSO.
Note: The bases of obtaining by other bodies from information exchange system of law enforcement, special state and other agencies of information necessary for the solution of the tasks assigned to them, are determined according to Item 1 of article 16-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state legal statistics and special accounting" (further – the Law).
