Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 7, the Art. 371) the following changes:

Article 43 to add 2) with part six of the following content:
"The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of introduction of emergency mode and/or emergency rule in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic or in its certain areas extends the validity of the all-civil passport of the child who did not reach 16-year age which effective period expired in the period of emergency mode or emergency state.".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
