About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of system of training of citizens of Ukraine for military service

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About defense of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 49, Art. 420 with the following changes):

In paragraph eleven of Article 9 of the word of "preconscription and draft training, training of recruits on military and technical specialties" shall be replaced with words 1) "training of citizens of Ukraine for military service";

The paragraph of the sixth part three of Article 12 to state 2) in the following edition:

"participate in training of citizens of Ukraine for military service, providing the direction of citizens of Ukraine for passing of basic military service and appeal on educational (or checking) and special charges and during mobilization, and also in military patriotic education of citizens of Ukraine";

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with the following changes):
