About modification and amendments in the Law "About Entering of Amendments into the Law "About State Registration of Legal Entities, the State Accounting of the Allocated Divisions, Organizations of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs""

Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of November 22, 2023, No. ZR-374 "About entering of amendments into the law "About State Registration of Legal Entities, the State Accounting of the Allocated Divisions, Organizations of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs"":
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 2 words "January 31" "on December 1";
To add 2) with part 5 of the following content:
"5. Statements for recognition of state registration of the legal entity, the stipulated in Clause 2 presents of the law, can be given only if founders or members of this legal entity are the physical persons or legal entities registered in the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provisions
1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
2. The legal entities included in the information system provided by part 1 of article 35.1 of the law "About State Registration of Legal Entities, the State Accounting of the Allocated Divisions, Organizations of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs" concerning which in the Unified state register there are no records (except as specified when founders or members of this legal entity are the physical persons or legal entities registered in the Republic of Armenia) the money which is available on the bank accounts opened in commercial banks of the Republic of Armenia, according to the procedure and the terms established by the government can be directed to financing of expenses of social nature to these legal entities by the head of executive body reflected in information system.
3. The order of the Government established by part 2 of this Article is accepted in three-months time from the date of official publication of this Law.
