About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning provision of separate administrative services to citizens of Ukraine, including abroad

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the Unified state demographic register and documents confirming citizenship of Ukraine, proving the identity or her special status" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 51, Art. 716 with the following changes):

1) in Article 2 part one:

in item 4 of the word "the state company belonging to the sphere of management of the manager Reestr" to exclude;

add with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1) state company belonging to the sphere of management of the manager Reestr";

2) in Article 16:

add part one with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Simultaneous registration (including instead of lost or stolen), exchange of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine and passports/passports of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad are performed by the manager Reestra according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

in the first offer of part two "sixteen-year-old" to replace the word with the word of "fourteen-year-old";

in Item of 1 part seven "sixteen-year-old" to replace the word with the word of "fourteen-year-old";

3) in Article 20:

to add part one after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In case of adoption abroad of documents for registration (including instead of lost or stolen), exchange of the documents provided by this Law, the decision on registration or exchange of which is accepted by the manager Reestra, administrative collection is levied".
