About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning the solution of the vital issues in the field of health care and the social sphere

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health protection (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, Art. 19 with the following changes):

Part the eighth Article 8 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Carrying out the state assessment of medical technologies is performed according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

2) in Article 14-1:

third to add part with the paragraph the seventh the following content:

"the standard of the rehabilitation help - set of regulations, rules and standard rates, and also indicators (indicators) of quality of rendering rehabilitation to the rehabilitation help of the corresponding direction in the field of health care which are developed taking into account the modern level of development of medical science and evidential methods of rehabilitation";

the fifth and sixth to state parts in such edition:

"Industry standards in the field of health care are also other regulations, rules and standard rates provided by the laws regulating activities in the field of health care, or determined by the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of health care.

Observance of standards of medical care (medical standards), standards of the rehabilitation help, clinical protocols, protocols of provision of the rehabilitation help, sheets of material equipment is obligatory for all rehabilitation organizations, healthcare institutions, their departments, divisions, and also for physical persons - the entrepreneurs who are performing economic activity on medical practice and/or having the right to provision of the rehabilitation help according to the legislation";
