About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning implementation of regulations of the European Union law concerning roaming

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications" of December 16, 2020 No. 1089-IX with the following changes:
1) in Article 2 part one:
state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11) challenge (challenge) - the connection established by means of service of interpersonal electronic communication which allows to perform bilateral voice electronic communications";
add with Items 19-1, 21-1-21-3, 23-1, 23-2, 47-1, 48-1, 69-1, 83-1, 83-2, 87-1, 90-1, 102-1-102-4, 114-1, 115-1, 118-1 of such content:
"19-1) guest network of roaming zone Ukraine-EU (guest network) - the land electronic communication network of mobile communication public located in the country of roaming zone Ukraine-EU other than network of home service provider of the user of roaming which allows the user of roaming to make or receive challenges (calls) to send or receive Sms or to use data transmission (Internet access) on technology of package switching based on the contract with the operator of home network of roaming zone Ukraine - the EU";
"21-1) home service providers of the roaming zone Ukraine-EU-supplier of Electronic Communication Network and/or Mobile Services who Ukraine - the EU provides to the user of roaming in roaming zone electronic communication services of home network of mobile communication;
21-2) home networks of roaming zone Ukraine-EU (home network) - the electronic communication network of mobile communication public located in the country of roaming zone Ukraine-EU, used by the service provider of roaming for provision to the user of roaming of retail regulated services of roaming;
