About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning settlement of some questions of implementation of market supervision and responsibility of subjects of managing

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the state market supervision and control of non-food products" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 21, Art. 144 with the following changes):

1) in Article 1 part one:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the state control of products set of the actions performed by customs authorities within the powers determined by the law for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the legislation of Ukraine on market supervision and control of products concerning products imported on customs area of Ukraine (further - control of products)";

after the paragraph of third to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"failure to carry out of the decision on acceptance of the rationing (adjusting) arrangements - failure to carry out of all or parts of the rationing (adjusting) arrangements or the related actions determined in the decision on acceptance of the rationing (adjusting) arrangements".

With respect thereto the fourth or tenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifth or eleventh;

to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;
