1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1118 "Questions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendment:

"149) informing ethnic Kazakhs, widows of the kandas and their general children who showed willingness voluntarily to move to the Republic of Kazakhstan, about entrance conditions, including to the regions determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan within regional quotas of acceptance of kandas, conditions of acceptance and measures of social support;".
