About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine and some other laws of Ukraine in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About features of the termination of the state companies for the decision of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) such changes:

1. In Article 29:

Part the second to add 1) with Item 16-5 of the following content:

"16-5) 90 percent of the rent for the parcels of land of agricultural purpose of state-owned property leased according to Article 120-1 of the Land code of Ukraine";

Part third to add 2) with Item 12-2 of the following content:

"12-2) means received from realization of property of the state unitary enterprises according to the Law of Ukraine "About features of the termination of the state companies for the decision of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine".

2. The fourth Article 30 to add part with Item 26 of the following content:

"26) implementation of the actions connected with the termination of the state unitary enterprises according to the Law of Ukraine "About features of the termination of the state companies for the decision of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine" (at the expense of the sources determined by Item 12-2 of part three of article 29 of this Code)".

3. In Article 57 part two:

to add the first offer of paragraph one with the words "if this Code and/or the law on the Government budget of Ukraine does not establish other";

add with the paragraph third the following content:

"Remaining balance of funds of special fund of the government budget for the end of budget period which source of forming were receipts determined by Item 12-2 of part three of article 29 of this Code and not used on implementation of the actions determined by Item 26 parts four of article 30 of this Code in the amount determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is listed in the general fund of the government budget".
