About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning features of export of separate types of goods during action of warlike situation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) such changes:
1. Third of Article 452 to state part in the following edition:
"3. The central executive body realizing the state customs policy, in cases and according to the procedure, established by the law, provides to other bodies authorized according to the law on implementation of currency supervision, the state export control, information necessary for implementation of such supervision / control. If the procedure for information exchange is not established by the law, including the automated exchange of information, such exchange is performed based on interservice agreements about information exchange.
The central executive body realizing the state customs policy performs with banks, the National Bank of Ukraine exchange of information concerning export-import transactions of subjects of the foreign economic activity necessary for ensuring implementation by banks of currency supervision of observance by residents of deadlines of calculations for transactions on export and commodity import (including information on the exporter/importer, his nonresident partner, the country of goods' origin, commodity code according to UKT foreign trade activities, goods costs, details of the external economic agreement (contract) and documents that is integral part of the external economic agreement (contract), based on the interservice agreements about information exchange signed with the National Bank of Ukraine".
