"2) availability of the resolution on the termination of criminal case and/or criminal prosecution concerning person who earlier committed intentional crime irrespective of, the criminal record or concerning which criminal prosecution on heavy and especially serious crimes is stopped on not rehabilitating bases is removed or extinguished on it;";
4) the offer first of part 2 of Article 29 to state in the following edition: "The amount of payment for services in preparation of draft documents and other services of private notaries is determined by the Technique of determination of the amount of the payment for notarial services approved by the Ministry of Justice in coordination with Notarial chamber.".
