Article 1

Bring in the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 46, Art. 4532; 2008, No. 48, Art. 5518; 2009, No. 26, Art. 3122; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1094; 2018, No. 49, Art. 7523; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5285) following changes:

Article 79 to add 1) with part four of the following content:

"4. About purpose of examination or about variation of the petition for purpose of examination the court takes out determination.

If the petition for purpose of examination is declared by the party (parties) or other persons participating in case, the court takes out determination about purpose of examination after introduction by person of sums of money who declared the corresponding petition into the account specified in part one of article 96 of this Code, except as specified, provided by parts two and third article 96 of this Code.

If the sums of money which are subject to payment to experts were not granted on the time established by court into the account specified in part one of article 96 of this Code, the court has the right to reject the petition for purpose of examination. If case cannot be considered and the decision is made based on other evidence produced by the parties, the court has the right to appoint examination on the initiative.";

Paragraph two of part two of Article 85 to declare 2) invalid;

3) in part one of Article 96 of the word "the corresponding request" shall be replaced with words "the corresponding petition", shall be replaced with words the words "the specified request is declared" "the specified petition is declared";
