Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of financing of creation and functioning of the database of the postponed subscriber numbers and collection of payment of the operator of mobile radiotelephone communication with whom the subscriber signs the new service provision agreement of mobile radiotelephone communication with use of the postponed subscriber number, for modification of the specified database, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 6, 2013 No. 672 "About measures for ensuring financing of creation and functioning of the database of the postponed subscriber numbers" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 32, Art. 4324; 2018, No. 49, Art. 7600).
