"3. The head contractor, contractors, military representations of the state customer shall provide in antimonopoly authority information on the facts of increase by suppliers (contractors, contractors) of staple prices, materials and components, works, the services necessary for accomplishment of the state defense order, in the cases established by the Government of the Russian Federation. The specified information is provided in the form approved by antimonopoly authority within thirty calendar days from the moment of identification of the fact of price increase by suppliers (contractors, contractors). The procedure for consideration of the specified information for the purpose of detection of signs of antitrust violation of the Russian Federation affirms antimonopoly authority.".
