Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of October 26, 2002 No. 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 43, Art. 4190; 2014, No. 52, Art. 7543; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4355; 2016, No. 26, Art. 3891; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4815; 2018, No. 47, Art. 7140; 2019, No. 52, Art. 7825; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5181; 2024, No. 1, Art. 36) following changes:

1) in Article 61.17:

a) in Item 1:

in paragraph one of the word "reports to creditors about the right to choose order method as right to claim about attraction to subsidiary responsibility" shall be replaced with words "notifies creditors on the right to choose order method as right to claim about attraction to subsidiary responsibility by inclusion of the corresponding message in the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information";

declare paragraph two invalid;

b) in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word of "the direction of the message" shall be replaced with words "publications of the message";

c) in paragraph one of Item 3 of the word of "the direction of the message" shall be replaced with words "publications of the message";

d) state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5.
