The book of accounting is kept by authorized body or local executive body in the register of state-owned property in electronic format. In the book of accounting acts of the inventory in process of their receipt are registered.

The head of authorized body or local executive body determines the employee responsible for accounting ledger maintenance.

Entries in the book of accounting in electronic format are made no later than one working day from the date of following behind day of approach of each event: signing of the act of the inventory, receipt of the valuation report or signing of the delivery-acceptance certificate are also confirmed by the digital signature of the employee responsible for accounting ledger maintenance.

In case of technical failure of the register of state-owned property by authorized body or local executive body record is made accurately and without blots in the book of accounting in paper format. The book of accounting in paper format shall be numbered, strung together and under seal authorized body or local executive body.
