Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on monitoring system of movement of medicines for medical application approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 14, 2018 No. 1556 "About approval of the Regulations on monitoring system of movement of medicines for medical application" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 53, Art. 8641; 2020, No. 13, Art. 1925; No. 30, Art. 4936; No. 45, Art. 7131; No. 52, Art. 8849; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5445; 2022, No. 7, Art. 955; 2023, No. 14, Art. 2436).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to Regulations on monitoring system of movement of medicines for medical application

1. In Item 44:

a) in paragraph one of the word "with the international non-proprietary name "Ethanol" and the medicines containing drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors" shall be replaced with words ", the medicines included in the list for medical application which are subject subject quantitatively to accounting approved by authorized federal executive body according to article 58.1 of the Federal law "About Drug Circulation" and released according to the recipe of the doctor";
