Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law "About Banks and Banking Activity" (in edition of the Federal Law of February 3, 1996 No. 17-FZ) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of RSFSR and the Supreme Council of RSFSR, 1990, No. 27, Art. 357; Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 6, Art. 492; 2001, No. 26, Art. 2586; 2002, No. 12, Art. 1093; 2011, No. 27, Art. 3873; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2317; No. 27, Art. 3438, 3477; 2014, No. 45, Art. 6154; No. 52, Art. 7543; 2015, No. 51, Art. 7243; 2017, No. 18, Art. 2661, 2669; No. 31, Art. 4830; 2018, No. 49, Art. 7524; 2019, No. 22, Art. 2661; No. 49, Art. 6953) following changes:

1) in Article 11.1:

a) in part six of the word "within three working days" shall be replaced with words "within seven working days";

b) the eleventh to state part in the following edition:

4) about assignment on person of temporary fulfillment of duties on the positions specified in parts eight and the ninth this Article about the termination of temporary execution by person of obligations on such positions (except for the terminations of temporary execution by person of obligations on positions of sole executive body and the chief accountant of credit institution) and about assignment on person of execution of the separate obligations providing the order right the money which is on the accounts of credit institution opened in the Bank of Russia within three working days following behind day of assignment (termination) of temporary fulfillment of duties on the corresponding position or assignment on person of execution of the specified separate obligations if other is not established by the regulation of the Bank of Russia. The Bank of Russia has the right to determine in the regulation cases in case of which this notification goes no later than three working days after quarter in which it was assigned temporary fulfillment of duties (is stopped) or execution of the separate obligations providing the order right the money which is on the accounts of credit institution opened in the Bank of Russia is assigned;

5) about the termination of temporary execution by person of obligations on positions of sole executive body and the chief accountant of credit institution (about the termination of execution by person of the separate obligations providing the order right the money which is on the accounts of credit institution opened in the Bank of Russia) within one working day following behind day of the termination of temporary fulfillment of duties if other is not established by the regulation of the Bank of Russia. The Bank of Russia has the right to determine in the regulation cases in case of which the notification on temporary execution-faced obligations on the specified positions goes no later than three working days after quarter in which temporary execution by person of obligations was assigned (temporary execution by person of obligations is begun).
