About introduction of amendments to the Law on health protection No. 411/1995

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, of the Art. 373), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 11:

add Article with part (1-1) following contents:

"(1-1) Graduates of system of the higher education with diplomas of the licentiate in the field of medicine, the systems of post-university education through residency and postsecondary and postsecondary not tertiary professional medical and pharmaceutical education studying at the places financed from the government budget find a job in the labor market based on distribution of the Ministry of Health and perform the activities with adherence to deadlines and the conditions provided by part (5) Article 14.";

in part (2):

state the prolog in the following edition:

"Graduates of system of the higher education with diplomas of the licentiate in the field of medicine and system of post-university education through residency in the first five years of activities, graduates of postsecondary and postsecondary not tertiary professional medical and pharmaceutical education in the first three years of activities and graduates of the similar foreign educational institutions accredited according to the law irrespective of if they were trained on the places financed from the government budget or on places with training payment, the Ministries of Health employed on distribution in public medical institutions in the cities and villages (communes) including which are part of municipiums of Chisinau and Belts, except for the cities residences of the corresponding municipiums and in regional public hospitals, use the following privileges at the expense of means of the government budget paid through the employer in the amount of and procedure, established by the Government:";
