About modification of some regulations (inclusion in system of compulsory medical insurance of the employed receivers of temporary protection)

Art. I. – In part (1) article 26 of the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, Art. 373), with subsequent changes, words "Law on integration of foreigners in Republic of Moldova No. 274/from December 27, 2011", shall be replaced with words "The law on integration of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 274/2011, and persons using temporary protection".

Art. II. – In the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (9) Article 4:

in Item c) words "in Items i), j) parts (4)," shall be replaced with words "in Items i) – k) parts (4),";

Item е) to declare invalid.

2. In part (1) Article 9 of the word "Law on integration of foreigners in Republic of Moldova No. 274 from December 27, 2011", shall be replaced with words "The law on integration of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 274/2011, and persons using temporary protection".

Art. III. – In part (1) article 10 of the Law on the size, procedure and payment due dates of fees of compulsory medical insurance No. 1593/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 18-19, 57), with subsequent changes, words "Law on integration of foreigners in Republic of Moldova No. 274 from December 27, 2011", shall be replaced with words "The law on integration of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 274/2011, and persons using temporary protection".

Art. IV. – This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
