About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of atmospheric air"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of atmospheric air" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 11, the Art. 450) the following changes:
