About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2019 No. 434

Bring in the Rules of development, approval of federal state educational standards and introduction of changes in them approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2019 No. 434 "About approval of Rules of development, approval of federal state educational standards and introduction of changes in them and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 16, Art. 1942; 2021, No. 44, Art. 7420), following changes:
a) in Item 5:
in paragraph one of the word "council of the Ministry of Public Education of the Russian Federation on federal state educational standards" shall be replaced with words "councils of the Ministry of Public Education of the Russian Federation on federal state educational standards of the general education and secondary professional education";
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Representatives of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, the educational and scientific organizations, associations of employers and public organizations enter into structures of councils of the Ministry of Public Education of the Russian Federation on federal state educational standards of the general education and secondary professional education and council of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation according to federal state educational standards (further - councils).";
b) in paragraph one and the subitem "v" of Item 18 of the word "executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation";
