Article 2. According to Item 3 of article 17 of the Agreement to determine authorized bodies of the Republic of Belarus, actionees of the Agreement, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the State committee on property.
