At the same time lack of effective mechanisms on providing and control of content in proper condition of roads creates conditions for increase in the facts of uncontrolled destruction of asphalt covering and sidewalks on places, and also their leaving without recovery of former condition.

For the purpose of preserving the roads and road infrastructure which are common property, giving of modern look to the cities and other settlements, and also increase in responsibility of citizens and legal entities in this direction:

1. To especially note that in the Republic of Uzbekistan each citizen and the organization bear equal responsibility along with state bodies and the organizations for content in purity makhally, streets and roads, villages, areas and the cities, preserving the infrastructure which is available in them, gardening of the territories.

2. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of transport and Association makhally Uzbekistan about implementation since September 1, 2024 of the following procedure by enhancement in accordance with the established procedure of the current legislation:

carrying out by physical persons and all legal entities irrespective of their pattern of ownership of construction works on roads, sidewalks and other objects of road infrastructure (further - road objects), their repair, destruction, unearthing, change or reconstruction in any form (further - construction repair work) are carried out only after receipt of the corresponding permission;

the state services in registration and issue of permission appear through the centers of the state services and the Single portal of interactive state services in five-day time;
