In the country large-scale measures for enhancement of activities of political parties, creation of additional guarantees of realization by deputies and senators of the constitutional powers are performed, conditions for maintenance of communication with the voters and political parties which proposed them as candidates by them are created.

At the same time ensuring compliance by deputies and senators of rules of ethics, full participation by them in activities of parliament and its bodies requires further enhancement of the legal basis of their relations with representative bodies in which they are elected. Also further strengthening of financial support of activities of political parties and regulation of implementation of activities of political parties of the foreign states in the country is required.

This Law to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About political parties" makes the addition providing non-admission of creation and implementation of activities of political parties of the foreign states, their divisions in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Also the changes providing increase in annual amount of the allocated public funds for financing of authorized activities of political parties, and also changes of procedure for distribution of public funds between the political parties having the right to their obtaining based on results of the last elections to Legislative house are made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About financing of political parties".
