In recent years system measures for effective use of lands of agricultural purpose and water resources, full support of producers of agricultural products are performed.
At the same time there is need of increase in amounts of the grown-up agricultural products, expansion of opportunities of the sublease of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose, determination of the legal basis of allocation of the parcels of land to the farms, agro-industrial clusters and other legal entities specializing in silkworm breeding and mulberry farming and also review of conditions of use of lands by land owners, land users and lessees.
This Law to the Land code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About farm" makes the changes and additions providing possibility of provision in the sublease for up to ten years of land areas of agricultural purpose around channels, irrigating and collector and drainage networks at the edges of fields and also crops by land owners, land users and lessees of optimum cultures or landing of mulberry saplings on these parcels of land and in row-spacings of gardens and vineyards.
Besides, addition about possibility of allocation of the parcels of land up to ten hectares to the farms, agro-industrial clusters and other legal entities specializing in silkworm breeding and mulberry farming is made to the Land code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Also in the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility powers of bodies of Inspectorate for control of agro-industrial complex under the Ministry of Agriculture and Inspectorate for control of safety of objects of water economy and water use are determined under the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan of hearing of cases about administrative offenses.
