1. Make change to the subitem 1 of Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 09, 2023 No. 2179/5 "About carrying out state registration within several administrative and territorial units", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 13, 2023 at No. 977/40033, having added it with the new paragraph of the following content:

"according to the applications submitted to notaries by Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine or the legal entities belonging to the sphere of its management or legal entities whose share of the state in the authorized capital constitutes 100 percent and which control of corporate laws is exercised by Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine".

2. To department of private law (O.'s Ferens) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
