1. Bring in the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2015 No. 1019 "About approval of Rules and terms of carrying out training, instructing and examinations on safety issues and labor protections of the workers, heads and persons responsible for safety and labor protections" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12665) the following change:

in Rules and terms of carrying out training, instructing and examinations on safety issues and labor protections of the workers, heads and persons responsible for safety and the labor protections approved by the specified order:

"41. Also the induction is held to visitors, in case of visit of production sites by them and to employees of the contract organizations performing works in the territory of hazardous production facility of the organization.".

2. To provide to department of work and social partnership of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
