About modification of some regulations
The parliament approves this organic law.
Art. I. – Article 20 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to add with the Item d-10) of the following content:
"d-10) the benefit for increase in access to quality education provided by the Code about education in the size and procedure established by the Government;".
Art. II. – In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 319-324, 634), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In the first paragraph of Item and) parts (Article 18 of the word "and National quality assurance agency in education and scientific research" to exclude 7).
2. Add Article 20 with part (5)-1 of the following content:
"(5-1) Educational institutions can render of food service of children and pupils in the procedure established by the Government.".
3. Add Article 44-1 with parts (3) and (4) the following content:
"(3) the National agency of training programs and assessment carries out assessment of realization of national kurrikulum and will organize the national and international Olympic Games, competitions, examinations and estimates in the field of the general education.
(4) the National agency of training programs and assessment carries out assessment of private educational institutions of all levels, and also the legal subjects providing educational services or training programs in the field of the general education for temporary accreditation / authorization on functioning.".
4. In part (Article 46 of the word "National quality assurance agency in education and scientific research" shall be replaced with words 1) "Ministry of Education and Research".
5. In Article 47 of the word "National Quality Assurance Agency in Education and Scientific Research" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Education and Research" in the corresponding case.
