Based on part two of Item 2 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" and in pursuance of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2024 No. 218 "About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. No. 131 "About the bodies authorized on control (supervision)" the word "city" to exclude 2 appendices to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 1, 2010 from Item;
1.2. to exclude Item 6.31 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548,.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 30, 2021 No. 445 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 2007 No. 351".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
