About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for leaving on the public civil service of the government civil servants I decide:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for leaving on the public civil service of the government civil servants approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2022 No. 310, the following changes:

from part one of Item 1 of the word", holding the positions included in personnel registers" to exclude;

in Item 2:

the vice-chairman and judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus the representation which is previously approved with the President of the Republic of Belarus is brought by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus;

vice-chairmen and judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus the representation which is previously approved with the President of the Republic of Belarus is brought by the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus;
