About modification of some regulations (acceleration of procedures of expropriation)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – Article 20 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to add with the Item d-9) of the following content:

"the amount d-9) received by physical persons or legal entities as compensation of damage for the property expropriated for the socially useful purposes;".

Art. II. – In the Law on standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth No. 1308/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 147-149, 1161), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. To add the name of Chapter IV with words ", AND ALSO TEMPORARILY WITHDRAWN LANDS FROM AGRICULTURAL CIRCULATION OR FROM FOREST FUND".

2. Part (Article 12 to state 4) in the following edition:

"(4) the Losses caused by conclusion of lands from categories of lands of agricultural purpose and lands of forest fund are not compensated in case:

a) the socially useful works announced by those according to the Law on expropriation for the socially useful purposes No. 488/1999;

b) creations of industrial parks according to the Law on industrial parks No. 182/2010;

c) carrying out social jobs;

d) the lands intended for expansion or creation of free enterprise zones according to the Law on free enterprise zones No. 440/2001;

e) lands which are subject to transfer in category of the lands intended for forest fund.".

3. Add the law with Articles 14-1 and 14-2 of the following content:

"Article 14-1. Temporary withdrawal of lands from agricultural turnover or from forest fund
