About modification of article 44 of the Law on the government employee with special status of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 288/2016
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – Part (5) article 44 of the Law on the government employee with special status of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 288/2016 (2017, 85), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 40-49, in the following edition:
"(5) in case of election on elective office the office relations of the government employee with special status stop.".
Art. II. – This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
