Considerable updating of the legislation regulating justice implementation, essential promotion in development of material and technical resources of courts, active implementation in their activities of information technologies promoted upgrade of judicial system and legal proceedings; to the correct and uniform application of the legislation; to ensuring access to justice, its openness and transparency, social orientation; optimizations of judicial loading; to enhancement of judicial administration.
