1. Enter till August 31, 2024 export ban of sugar reed or beet and chemically net sucrose, in firm condition (code of the single commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 1701) (further - sugar) from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including into state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for the international transit of sugar through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also movement of sugar from the territory of one state member of the Eurasian Economic Union on the territory of other state member of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the indicative balances approved in implementation of the order of Eurasian intergovernmental council of June 21, 2022 No. 8 "About the main approaches on realization by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of measures of regulation of export of separate types of goods".
2. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to inform the Eurasian economic commission on application of measures for realization of Item 1 of this order.
