About introduction of amendments to the Law on local initiative groups No. 50/2021

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Single Article. – In the Law on local initiative groups No. 50/2021 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 117-121, 127), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 2:

state the concept "LEADER approach" of the following edition:

"LEADER – local development, responsibility for which is under authority of community;";

in the concept "development of the rural zone" of the word "Law on the principles of subsidizing of development of agricultural industry and rural zone No. 276/2016;" shall be replaced with words "The law on subsidizing of agricultural industry and the rural zone No. 71/2023;";

in the concept "LEADER Program" of the word "Law on the principles of subsidizing of development of agricultural industry and rural zone No. 276/2016;" shall be replaced with words "The law on subsidizing of agricultural industry and the rural zone No. 71/2023;";

in the concept "strategy of local development" to replace the word of "approach" with the word "Programs".

2. In Article 3:

"Article 8. Founders and membership

(1) are part of local initiative group:

a) the legal entities of public or private law or physical persons taking legal address or the professional location and performing activities in the territory of the administrative and territorial units which are part of the INSTANT;
