1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 2018 No. 1464 "About approval of the Standard charter of chamber of legal consultants" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 17604) the following amendment:
The standard charter of Chamber of legal consultants approved by the specified order:
add with Item 20-1 of the following content:
"20-1. For the purpose of observance of requirements of Item 2 of article 83 of the Law "About Lawyer Activities and Legal Aid" Chamber, in case of documents acceptance of the applicant for the introduction in membership of chamber of legal consultants, checks the register of members of chambers of legal consultants placed on Internet resource of authorized state body in the field of rendering legal aid and unified information system of legal aid.";
2. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
