About introduction of amendments to the Law on paid training in public service No. 123/2023

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on paid training in public service No. 123/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 204-207, 356), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

"the reserve case of trainees – the trainees who completed the complete program of training within the accepting body and received assessment "very well", but who were not offered for appointment to executive state position;";

state the concept "activities report" of the following edition:

"the activities report – the document on the performed activities constituted by the trainee before the end of training;";

after the concept "activities report" to add Article with the following concept:

"the thematic report – the document containing the analysis of the area connected with activities of the trainee in the accepting body;";

3. Add Article 3 with Item f) the following content:
