About measures for further enhancement of hunting and activities of hunting farms in the Republic

For the purpose of systematization and enhancement of procedure for carrying out hunting and training of hunters in the country, implementations of advanced technologies in the field of increase in biodiversity in hunting farms, employments of local population due to development of infrastructure of hunting tourism, protection of fauna and its rational use, and also ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 12, 2024 No. UP-9 "About Measures for Significant Increase in Flow of Foreign Tourists to the Republic and Further Activation of Internal Tourism":

1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of ecology, environmental protection and climate change (further - the Ministry of ecology) about establishment since September 1, 2024 of the following procedure for the organization of hunting economy:

a) hunting is performed only in the territory of hunting farms and implementation of hunting outside the territory of hunting farms is forbidden (except for catching of fish by physical persons according to the procedure of general use on natural waterways, and also channels and collector and drainage networks and hunting for the purpose of regulation of number of wild animals, and also hunting in the free hunting territories according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of ecology);

b) for the purpose of creation of hunting farms the parcels of land from lands of nonagricultural appointment and lands of forest fund up to 10 hectares for the organization of hunting bases and up to 100 hectares for the organization of nurseries with one lot with establishment of investment and contractual commitments by means of electronic online auctions on the basis of the lease right for a period of 49 years in the following stages are allocated to legal entities and physical persons:

at the first stage - for 10 years;

by results of accomplishment of investment and contractual commitments:

at the second stage - for 10 years;

at the third stage - for 29 years.
